Commentary: Initially pitched as the perfect Jango Fett, fans were delivered a figure that kind of, sort of delivered. The two main flaws were the helmet-- which was a little misshapen-- and the holsters, which hang strangely. It would have been nice to have some sort of ring go around the shins, but that was left out. On the bright side, the figure is super articulated, can stand, can sit, and is basically painted up properly. There's some debate if the purple/blue suit is correct, but it seems to be at the very least good enough. It's one of those issues that seems to be up to some debate, as the coloring seems pretty close to Gentle Giant's minibust. Perhaps Hasbro has been doing it wrong for all the other Jango figures, or perhaps this one is wrong. Having never seen the costume in person, I can't say for sure. This is good as a Jango Fett figure can get right now, so pick one up and don't worry-- it's going to be a while before Hasbro tries to outdo themselves on this one.
Collector's Notes: This figure was available twice so far. There's 30th Anniversary packaging, and also Legacy Collection packaging. The Jango figure is essentially unchanged but there were some alterations made to Boba Fett. This mold was later reused to make Fenn Shysa.
